Ich bin eher zufällig auf Live New Life gestoßen - genau in einer Zeit, in der ich anfangen musste, mich um die Unterbringung meiner Mutter in einem Pflegeheim zu kümmern. Ich hatte keine Ahnung, was alles damit verbunden ist und welche großartigen Möglichkeiten es überhaupt gibt.

Both Lindie Van As and Vendula Vetenglova have worked with my 96 year old mother for over four years, providing part time care and support and more recently live in care and support. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their patience, kindness, empathy and willingness to go the extra mile to make my mother comfortable and see her needs are met. My mother is fiercely independent and determined to stay in her own home. In addition she has early onset dementia and is very deaf. Lindie and Vendula communicate clearly with her, taking the time to make sure she is fully included in all decisions and to ensure that she feels her wishes are being met. Their kindness and inclusiveness has resulted in her feeling valued and has allowed her to feel that she is being cared for by true friends. She loves being pampered by them. Thoughtful support for medical appointments and procedures, managing her medications, taking care to give her the foods that she likes and monitoring her health all contribute to a best practice outcome. Her house is kept clean and in good order and their care even includes organising minor maintenance and liaising with tradesmen. When and if she needs to eventually move to a home, I am confident that Lindie and Vendy will ensure that her transition to the most suitable facility will have the best possible outcomes. I could not wish for my mother to be better cared for and give them and their business, Live New Life, a five star recommendation.
